    I felt that this course was very imformative and gave a lot of information that I would have not otherwise known. It did touch on things that I knew, but it helped me bring it back to the forefront of my thoughts and helped me connect what I knew to new things. I like that there was information on each screen that tied in with what was being said and that what was being said went more indepth. I took notes that way I could go back when I feel I need to, so I can reestablish being mindful. It was very well put together.
