You build your personal skills by identifying and replacing unhelpful thinking patterns and habits through assignments. These are designed to integrate into your normal working activities so that new habits quickly become second nature.
Your certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the course. This includes watching all the video lessons, completing the quizzes and downloading the resource material. There is no requirement for the practical activities and assignments to be formally assessed. Courses approved by The Institute of Leadership and Management offer an extra certificate and other benefits for an additional fee.
